April 29, 2011/San Diego • Grammy winner Buck Howdy is trying his hand at game design - taking something as old as the hills, literally, and turning it into a family game he thinks will catch on. Howdy has debuted his new game, RoXzai, on Kickstarter.com the leading crowdfunding web site.
THE GAME RoXzai is an addicting game of balance and strategy; art and physics. It's a challenge to see who can stack a pile of rocks the highest. It pits you against yourself, others and the law of gravity. Howdy says, "Play it once and you learn RoX acura zai is easy to pick up, hard to put down."
RoXzai comes in an eco-friendly burlap bag and includes rocks from a riverbed on Howdy's family farm in rural Virginia. The 20 rocks in the set are hand-picked, scrubbed and packaged with rules that throw wicked twists into the game. FACTOID - There are over 2,432,902,008,176,640,000 ways to stack the rocks. KICKSTARTER Kickstarter is a new way to fund creative projects. Kickstarter believes that a good idea, communicated well, can spread fast and wide and that a large group of people can be a tremendous source of money and encouragement.
